Harvest Community Church exists to glorify God by living out the gospel in our relationships.

The Bible

The Bible is God’s revelation of Himself to humanity. It was written by men, while being divinely inspired by God. It is the supreme standard by which all Christians learn what to believe and how to live. The Bible is without error and therefore totally true and trustworthy.

God

God is the Creator, Redeemer, Preserver, and Ruler of the universe. He is triune in nature and reveals Himself to us as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. These three are distinct in personal attributes, but without division of nature, essence, or being.

Man

Man is the crowning work of God’s creation, because he is made in God’s own image. All people possess a sinful nature which separates them from God. Not one person is without sin.

Salvation

Salvation involves the redemption of the whole man and is offered freely to all who accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, who by giving His own life obtained eternal redemption for those who believe. Salvation comes only through faith in Jesus Christ alone.

The Kingdom of God

The Kingdom of God is the realm of salvation into which Christians enter by commitment to Jesus Christ. Christians ought to pray and labor that the Kingdom may come and God’s will be done on Earth. The full consummation of the Kingdom awaits the return of Jesus Christ and the end of this age.
